I have been working to install the realtime-stats module but I cannot seem to get it to work. Below is the error I keep getting:

The requested URL /modules/realtime-stats/index.php was not found on this server.

Questions:
1. Is it possible my host does not allow such block type?
2. In the install directions it says to copy the entire realtime-stats directory to your nuke/html/modules directory. What files are going where? Right now I am trying to put the index.php file there. I can move the block file into the block folder per the block mod directions, but the modules one is not working, I think.
3. The modification of the admin username. Just to clarify, am I supposed to replace the term $adminName or the term adminName? Basically, what side of the = do I change? Same thing for the refreshRate.

I have modified other modules with success but this one is killing me.

#1 - No.
#2 - You have to place the entire folder there. So you will have modules/realtime-stats and in realtime-stats you will have a file called index.php. That's how all modules work in nuke.
#3 - All variables are substituted on the right hand side of the equals sign.
