Not sure what to make of this, but since upgrading to 6.9 all user tracking appears to be causing double entries.

Code:
/modules.php?name=Search 2003-10-20 14:48:30
/modules.php?name=Forums&file=index 2003-10-20 14:48:24
/modules.php?name=Search 2003-10-20 14:48:23
/modules.php?name=Forums&file=index 2003-10-20 14:48:10
/modules.php?name=Search 2003-10-20 14:48:09
/modules.php?name=Forums&file=index 2003-10-20 14:47:35

This is a cut from one member and each member and/or visitor results in the same type of information being displayed.

Every module/menu item clicked returns this type of entry.

No matter what module is clicked, whether it is downloads, forums, etc... it results in two entries in the statistics of the module and:

Code:
/modules.php?name=Forums&file=index 2003-10-20 14:48:10

It isn't causing a problem, but it is padding the page hits.

Any ideas?

Hmmmm. I'm not seeing that here but I don't use any tracking mods. What are you using to do the user tracking?

I would check with the author of that package because the hits are counting correctly w/o it. He may know of some anomaly.

Hi,
this is the author of IP Tracking.
is this the page?

anyway, the first thing i would say is to just overwrite it
with IP Tracking v3.4.2.
then check if you added
include("modules/IP_Tracking/iptracking.php") twice by mistake in includes/counter.php .
i have not heard anyone having that problem in the thousands of downloads so far.
if it is still a problem can you make it visible for anonymous to see temporarily so i can see.
thanks,
Scott
