Email List Mod?

How difficult would it be to have your email list mod provide a checkbox by each user, so you could select a number of users to include in the To: field of the email.

Bump - I know you are busy so I'll provide you with this in exchange.

Jimmy was drawing in class when the teacher came over and asked what he was drawing. To which Jimmy replied,
