Admin access & looking for blocks...

Greetings all, I have a few questions I'm hoping someone can help with...

My site was hacked a couple times this week by the same kid. Now we've tied it up pretty tight, banning his IP in the htaccess from accessing the admin.php, limiting access to only my admin's IP's, updated to 7.5, 7.5Patched, and added Sentinel.

Now that everything is back up & running, I've noticed the words "Access Denied" at the top of my Administration Menu. I can access all the functions, modules, etc., but I can't save any attempted changes (example: I create a new block, hit "Create Block", & the page reloads, without my new block).

Does anyone have any ideas??? I'm a complete Nuke Noob...

Next, provided I can make changes again, I'm looking for a countdown block, that can have multiple counters. I've found one that that does 3 countdowns, but the events are coded into the php file. I'm looking for one that can be done from the admin panel. I wish to use it to countdown to the release dates of new game titles, etc.

I'm also looking for a "Random Quote" block, that can have quotes added by registered users, etc.

I'm also looking for a Site Menu to include Modules as well as Content Pages.... I've been looking thru Nuke for a way to do it, please help....
