User Requested Activation Resend Block or Mod

I would LOVE to have a block (or mod to the page with the "lost password" link) that also allows a user to input either their email and resend their activation email themselves if they are a temp user.

I currently use the resend activation mod that is for admin to use, but that really takes a bit more involvement then I am looking for. I would much rather allow the user themselves to request a resend so long as they know the email address used.

Would anyone be willing to make such a mod or block for 7.4? Thanks in advance.
