I am using WSFTP Pro and am getting very slow upload speeds. I am lucky to get 25kb/sec. I am wondering if you use cable as well and if you have any advice for me.

I use Comcast.

No experience with Cable other than what I hear. I, personally, have not heard much positive about Comcast. Cable, unlike ADSL, isn't affected as much by the rest of the people on your drop box. It could also be that comcast has your line capped. It's also dependent on the other connection too.

I know they have me capped at 128 up. I may change over to ADSL if this is what they do to ftp uploads.
