I've got a problem with the setting of phpBB forum.
When I want to set up permissions for a user, I write user name and the page is loaded.
There by default I can choose whether I want him/her as admin, user and, eventually,
which forum he/she can be a moderator of.
After the label "Username" there should be shown the name of chosen user, however
in my case, the user name is not shown.
For example:
User: Test
User level: user
But I get only
user:
User level: user
What could this be caused by? I have tested this on localhost, but I didn't solved it...
I have PHP-Nuke 7.5, however it doesn't work on 7.3 either.

Instead of entering the name of the user search for it and select it if it is found, at times this can happen if you enter Test and the user registered with the name test or TEST
