ok like you see how when someone post in the forums and on main page you can see all the topics and new post and things on ther in a box. Well i would like to be able to do that but im not sure what to do and stuff. So if you could help me out then it will be greatly appricated and ill will be very happy |

ok all i know is html so can someone please tell me how to insert php into an html layout design using dreamweaver MX i got the coding i need and stuff i just dont know how to insert it |

well from looking at your profile it looks like you are using a geocites account. And i am not sure but dont think they allow phpnuke. Are you trying to use this to bring a nuke forums to your HTML website or are you using PHPNuke site somewhere. If you could give a URL and we can see what we can do. The one thing is are you using a free forums like ezboards or something, Please be very discriptive of what you are trying to do here.

ok i am tryin to add that into my html to where when someone post on my fourms it shows up on my main page so people know that it has been posted on. I am using Geocities. The link to the site is as follow
The forums i am using a free forums from Is it possible to do what i am wanting to do with free services and such cause i dont know of a free place that would do that for me and be able to use phpnuke gear |

wont work you can use an <iframe> tag to allow your forums to be seen on your main page of your HTML site but what we are doing here wont work with what you have.

I have heard that Tripod does allow the use of php and sql databases but i head the most experienced admins have problems installing it for tripod does not allow the support in their cpanel that is need to get done what is done without troubleshooting with a tech support person. If your looking for somewhere to host your site I know of an inexpensive place to go.
