Is there anyway someone can rebuild the search index used in phpnuke's phpbb ?

I've noticed that when a search is performed, it will only give results based on all new postsings, excluding the ones I imported from the old phpbb forum!

Is there any way around this problem ?

Did you use that script from the UK? If so, it does not import the bbsearch_wordmatch and bbsearch_wordlist tables. If you still have your dump from your old site, you could combine that with your current tables.

Because the old phpbb forum was originally imported from UBB's cgi powered forum, Im not sure if the actual word list tables were converted aswell. Ill take a look, and in the case I do have them, how can I import them into phpnuke ?

Is there a script that will do what you described ?

The script I was referring to converts a stand alone PHPBB forum into nuke. Howver, it does not attempt to do thos 2 tables because of the size.

Raven,

Thanks mate, I'll be trying it and letting you know what the results are in case others might require it in the future.

Cheers,
