i am really trying to find a way to link my news topics to spefic posts in the forums
i use the news (as do many others)as my main page
and i would really like to have the comments for each topic posted in the forums
an example of what i would like to do is here

I do not know of a module that does this. It could be done manually of course by creating the topic in your forums. Then, in the context of your news item, add the line to link to that forum topic. You would want to not allow comments on your news post then. Make sense?
