Where does the actual call for the theme come from for the theme/style/style.css I am trying to add another css file and i tried calling it the following ways.

themes/fisubice/style/new.css but it cannot find it. I added it inbetween the themes header.html <head></head> tags.

If this file is only for a specific theme I would look at doing this in the style.css
