hi i wanted to start making a ebay page to sell stuff was wondering how to do it.with graphics wihtout buying a ready made template.

the thing i needed to know was is it html/ could i inline css it ?

width was the main thing without spamming pages of nothingness on ebay.
practice more than anything.

You don´t need to buy a template.There are many entries if you do a search on Google. A time ago I found this entry. Maybe it will help you:

Just keep in mind the page you create should load quickly and not all browser show the styled borders correctly.

Less is more on eBay. People are interested in your product, it's condition, and any details, more than dazzling presentation. Having extremely good/clear pics of the item can almost sell the item without the need for anything else. But yah, Google will hook you up with tons of ideas.

There are also free html editors like KompoZer that should meet your need. Just make sure you link to images stored on a server and not local images on your computer. You can copy and paste the generated html into your ebay auction description.

to be honest i can do simple html, and image placements just not sure on wether fixed width would work with my own borders and such, i can use photoshop and dreamweaver in a fashion lol.

a little practice is needed after a some time out this past year.
