Hi everyone,
I am having trouble with my news module. Sometime back I made the news show on the home page. Now I cannot disable it it. This is what it says in my module admin.
"Bold module's title represents the module you have in the Homepage.
You can't Deactivate or Restrict this module while it's the default one!
If you delete the module's directory you'll see and error in the Homepage.
Also, this module has been replaced with Home link in the modules block."
How do I go about changing my news out of the homepage? The reason is because I have a new theme that has a news nav tab to take it to a whole nother page.

Go to the Admin Control Panel, modules administration. Pick another module besides news to put in home. Click "put in home" on that modules line in the admin screen. You'll get a confirmation screen. Click yes. Now News will no longer be in home. |
