During my testing noticed these.

Here is what I am using and the setup of the site.
Fresh install
html plugin for Firefox
Serial Algorithm


When there is only the "moderators" and you go to "View Users" and click "move" under functions you get an error "end tag for "select"which is not finished" most likely because there is not another group to select.
