The first link in which navigation?

block-nukeNAV?
block-Modules?
the horizontal nukeNAV menu?

which theme are you using as it could be hard coded there too...

That is still a little vague as it could be any block, but all blocks are located in the blocks folder. Use the blocks admin to find the right block and then open it and edit it.

Vague? It's the main navigation block that comes standard with ravennuke.

I want to change its link, and I don't know which block or how/where to do so.

Find the appropriate block in the blocks folder and edit it. Blocks are named block-***.php. So go to the block admin and find the name of the block you want. If it would be "modules" find the appropriate block.
