Hello
I ran new website with other phpbb forums then I used to have. Is that possible to export forums tables into that newer version of phpbb? I have many posts there and this would be shame if I had to get rid of it :/ I've got the same question about forum members, can I move them also from phpbb2 to phpbb3...tables I mean.

If this is a phpBB2 to phpBB3 conversions rather than phpBBTONUKE then there are quite a few discussions about how to do it if you search Google. |

Yeah I used to have phpbb2 and now I have new page with phpbb3, other mysql...can't I just export forums tables like
nuke_bbforums
nuke_bbforum_prune
nuke_bbgroups
nuke_bbposts
nuke_bbposts_text
?
I import it into this new mqsql where I have phpbb3...but somehow I think this won't work. |

You are right, it won't work directly. Please read Jakec's post and search. There are even quite a few posts right here in these forums about the topic. |
