New user registration problem

i setup php nuke 6.8. Admin registration worked.

Now if new user tries to register.the details the aceepted.then confirm details screen comes next .if i click finish i get this message
_ERROR

but username is added to database
what could be the problem.please help.

This sounds as if not all files got ftp'd correctly to your site. Try reloading all the files again.
