Reason: Abuse-Harvest So what´s the full name of the User agent ? Maybe he is already blocked. Just check it.

There is no earlier blocking for this user or ip.

Download is a word in the UA wich is always blocked by NukeSentinel.
I´m getting also bans for download since years. You are free to allow it but at your own risk because not all downloader are harmless and that´s the reason why it `s banned.

Because this is a different abuse reason I would check the IP within Nukesentinel and also the behavior of this IP in your Server logfiles.
