probs with spchat

he i have been have probs with spchat and got told from a m8 to come and c u.
the main prob is that ppl keep getting left out off the room bcoz its a popup and they even turned if of and still blocks but ther ename comes up in the room.
my 2nd prob is is ther eany way that this can b chanaged so it loads up in the site and not a pop up or if u no any good 1 for a nuke site thanks for any help

Nope. They need to tell their popup blocker to always allow popups from your site.
