Yes, I added it to a version of Feedback module and some other things at one point as well as using it in an old Wordpress based website (back in the days when it was a plug-in, not part of the core).
With tens of thousands of posts, I had maybe one false positive and less than a handful slip through the net.
I still maintain it is one of the most effective third party anti-spam solutions around. If you want to use it just to 'kill' bad data submission, integration is extremely simple. It takes a bit more thought to implement it fully as you need to be able 'flag' submissions as ham or spam to utilise it to it's fullest.
