Hi,

Our web hosting provider recovered our nuke site and db and after doing so now when we login to Admin it comes up with the top 4 blocks (none of them clickable) and it just says Access Denied!

Any ideas how we resolve this? As we can't do anything with the website with out admin access to the admin menu.

Start by examining your server error log and your php error log. Many times the server error log will contain the php error log. Also, rename your .htaccess file to take that out of the equation.
