Are you asking how to customize the admin templates for your theme? Can you do that in evo?

I just wanted to know whether these templates are used in Raven.
They are included in the current fisubice theme.

I do not think they are. I think the admin loads from the subSilver theme in the forum module, but I am not 100% sure. You could try deleting them and see Smile. If you do remove them please let us know if they are not needed.

I have now done some tests. These templates are not used in current Raven 2.40.00.
