What IP ranges should we ban if our site is strictly US based?

Ive already done 200.0.0.0 and 210.0.0.0
Any more?

I am no longer banning by country. I feel secure enough that I only ban by certain ranges, but not countries per se. And if memory serves me right, not all 200's are Brazil. I thought that someone pointed that out to me.
