XD-error footer issue on nuke 7.6

my footer on my site is a little messed up on firefox its fine on ie8 though can anyone tell me what it could be thats messing it up? the website is

That site isn't even coming up for me. Have you changed the theme recently of made any other changes?

no i havent im actually having a problem with the hosting company i cant get into the ftp or on the site im not banned or anything there trying to figure out whats going on so when they fix that i'll bump up this post when i posted this i was able to get on the site from my works computer

ok im able to get on it now if you still cant they may be blacklisting your ip i had to change my ip to even get on it.

This is a commercial theme which seems to be missing the theme designers copyright in the footer. You will need to get support from Xtrato Design

the theme designers copyright is there its in the bottom right hand corner(its there for both ie8 and firefox) thats the only spot he put it and no ones been posting on there forums so i wont get any support there

The layout for the footer code looks ok when you view the source code but you do have multiple HEAD and BODY tags which you shouldn't have.

In fact it's worse than that, you have
opening HTML tag
opening HEAD tag
closing HEAD tag

a second opening HTML tag
a second opening HEAD tag
duplicate meta TITLE data
closing HEAD tag
two opening BODY tags

By the look of the source code, I am seeing references to two different themes, so you may want to review what changes you or someone else has made to the theme.

aight i'll take a look at it when i get home the only thing i changed was to the footer was to have the phpnuke copyright in there cause it was blank be4
