On my site....when a user is registered and logged in....the news on the front page shows up just fine and the news is attributed to the proper news poster. But if a registered user clicks on "Read More..." or views "Comments"......their name is shown as the "Posted by" person, and it's as if the original news poster is being quoted......

Wierd....but here's an example:

The way the news looks on the front page as posted by Valiss (not me):

The way the news looks after clicking "Comments?" (I am "SmackDaddy" and logged in:)

Any ideas on how to fix this or what could be causing this?!?

Well, due to an issue with admin log-ins and password changing, I made a discovery. Although I had disabled the Protector module prior to installing Sentinel...... Wink .....Protector was still causing me some issues after changing an admin's password (causing an admin log-in loop)......

So.......feel pretty darned secure that Sentinel, and Sentinel alone, was going to protect me and my site, I removed Protector.......and you know what?

The news issue cleared up. Go figure. Only files you have to manually edit for Protector are admin.php, header.php, and admin/modules/authors.php and somehow, one of those things caused that issue/bug........

Once those were removed, the news, when clicked on "Read More..." or "Comments?", came up as it should!

It would still be interesting to know why this occured tho.......
