Sorry to be a pain, Nuken has tried helping me with my theme but I am still getting everything justified all wrong. It's showing up on the whole site too.

Here is my old phpnuke forum and blocks which is no longer in use but as you can see looks a lot tidier and I would love to know what files to edit and what to put to get the justification right:

Well, kind of difficult to see what you are seeing when the module isn't active on either site... Wink Smile

But, I poked around a bit and couldn't see any of the other modules showing any centering issues.

xGSTQ, I had modified the theme to work with 2.40 for Vampyra. It works fine on my test site. I added the nukeNav CSS and header to match the BiteMe theme and modified the Site Info block for the 132px blocks of the theme. I will send you a pm with the download link and see if it works on your test site too.

I'm so sorry guys - I've turned those modules on now. Everything in the gothvamp2/index.php site is justified to the left on my pc - everything on the other one is justified centrally. I can see my forums logos justified to the left thought and the quick links for the forums - home, my account, etc, are sitting to the right of the forum logo instead of underneath it.

Nuken has done a great deal of work for me and he seems to be seeing it ok but I can't for the RN site. It's a pain coz I am "this" close to going live with it because everything else seems to be working well.

However Nuken, that block you sent is causing a major error - I'll post up the error in a sec.

Try replacing your themes/BiteMe/forums/overall_header.tpl with this one and see if it doesn't fix it.

To stop the entire site from centering just open up header.html and remove the <center> right at the start..

To center the header only find right under it the open table <table and add after align="center"

so it looks like <table align="center"

if you want me to send you the header.html just shout

I just saw that. When I opened it in Firefox, the center tag was omitted, when I used opera, it was there.

It's ok Nuken and I are having blonde moments! LOL

He was using Firefox, I'm using IE and he thought I was mad! LOL.

Thank you xGSTQ we were getting there but we were at cross purposes! I've just been through every theme html file trying to see where this possibly was - however, I noticed that <centre> bit but refrained from fiddling which is not like me.

Tell me about it! Nukewrap never worked in Firefox for me so I ditched Firefox which I found very complicated to install and forgot it existed! LOL

Nuken has been ever so kind and very helpful - I just hope when my site is completely tinkered with I can stick around and help out here?

Thank you all for being so patient with me - I'm a pain, I know! Wink

Not at all. That's how we all learn Wink

For future compatibility I highly suggest that you put FireFox back on as it works according to standards and IE just sux and they continue to do their thing. Eventually they will learn.

With enough knowledge you can get workarounds for all browsers. I wouldn't drop a browser that would be... well.. you know
