I'm sorry if this is in the wrong bit and I hope I can be as clear as I can.

I have recently rebuilt my Nuke site with the BBtoNuke forums completely up to date - I can't remember the version now.

I have today gone live with the site and just realised a few issues.

1) I cannot get signatures to show under a users post - no matter what I do. I have used Nuke for years so know you have to turn it on in both forums and Nuke profiles. Even the board config has it set to ON.

2) When I tried logging in from the area just under the forums, I had a debug error.

3) I am signed in as two users who are the same name and as Admin all at the same time.

4) My board style is showing in all profiles and board configurations as subsulver. I have removed all themes apart from the one I am using as I only want one theme for the site. I don't understand why it is showing as subsilver.

I am wondering if I should find out how to swap this over to a Ravenscripts version of Nuke because I don't think there is anyone left who can offer support anymore. All the Nuke sites seem to be shut apart from this one.

If I did change to RavenNuke - how difficult would it be?

All help would be very much appreciated.

How much content do you have on your site? If you do not have much and could do a clean install of RavenNuke(tm), you would be much better off.

My mistake it was Nuke 7.6.0.3.3 or something. Sorry I am very tired today.

Erm - not a huge amount of content and all on file on my PC - no1 has used the forums yet.

Happy to do a fresh install and then add content. I can keep the forums switched off for now.

Is it just a clean install? Do they need patching? Sorry for the questions.

RavenNuke does not need any patching. It is very secure, well maintained and supported right here. The only issues you may run into would be using older themes or old 3rd party addons that are not optimized for RavenNuke. Here is a link to the wiki for RavenNuke 2.40. It may answer a lot of questions you have.

OK thank you.
I need to keep my theme - it was specially made for me by Disipal. I can't get another version and he no longer has it as a download on his site. Most of the 3rd party addons I have are from Clanthemes.

Older themes will work with RavenNuke, they usually need a few simple changes to make them function correctly.

OK that's great. One last thing, will a phpNuke Coppermine gallery run on RavenNuke?

*waits for sharp intake of breath* Wink

There was a version that worked on RavenNuke 2.30... I have not tested it on 2.40

Give me a few minutes and I will load it on my test site and see what happens.

Oh dear that's not so good. Sad

Nuken, you have been extremely helpful to me this evening. I will be back tomorrow no doubt with more questions, but will pose them in the relavent RN forum. I have downloaded RN 2.4 and will install tomorrow in another folder and see if I can at least get my theme working on it.

It is 1.07am here in the UK and I'm going for some zeds. Have a great day Smile
