I have temporarily lost access to my old development files, so I'm trying to redownload the survey module "Edogs Opros"
I believe this was (is still?) the best one out there. So I thought I'd take a moment to post a suggestion for this type of functionality.
Key advantages: get accurate survey results, allow filtering by IP, cookie, user account, etc. See who is trying to #$@% with your surveys. Survey cheating attempts make user think that his/her submission is being accepted when it's really not.
Other fine uses: Would be great to filter per user basis for things like official organization/membership voting

One of my users is using Surveymonkey very successfully. No: it's not a Nuke module but it would be hard to replicate everything they do within a Nuke module.
