As I can solve that
In the file config.php of my nuke doesn't have line it exists: $display_errors = false;
And in the file l_config.php of Web_Links this line doesn't also exist: $display_errors = false;
All the users can enter and add links, even anonymous users can add links.

The address of the link is correct, the same as it was ok, before appearing the mistake

I am the admin of my site, but I don't get to access the admin of Weblinks of my site.
I don't get to open page for editar/add Links, he/she opens blank page.
This is my problem
Please somebody helps me...

You need to check your error logs or your log files to find out more.
Also did you try to add the line $display_errors = true; into your config.php ?
I have read in Nuke 8.1 the debuge mode is directly in the administration.
Maybe in 8.0 its also there I don´t know.
In Weblinks/l_config you have different options e.g. to not allow links added by anonymus.
Check this file and try out the different options there.
Upload the admin files again maybe this will fix your issue.

Above links dont work for me , not in IE8 or in FF 3.05 i get a
