I need a little clarification - when/if a Harvester is blocked, should there be any other action than just Blocking (which doesnt exist yet - en enhancement maybe?) and Block/Email? If these are nothing but robots is there a need for background/popup for this option?

The "Harvest List" contains strings that also block things like:
WebZip
Xenu
WebStripper
and so on which are human run web rippers. We gave the all option the Email so if there is a false positive you will have the data in the email to unblock should you so desire. We also gave each blocker all options to give you greater control over what happens when each blocker is triggered
