.

drdeath wrote me a message here at RN, but it has been a while since I last logged in.

(Nuke community people... you can re-post this message to any NUKE forum that you choose to - let it be known about this THIEF!)

Currently PCN has pulled all of PCNUKE's content from the WEB. The reason is because of this ASS.... located in the netherlands who site is bestbuildpc.net - He says he is from Spain living in the netherlands, but he acts like a Russian rip-off. I think his doesnt like being ignored ( maybe something related from his childhood, who knows), because he would not stop asking development questions on the PCN forum like he didnt know php coding & then when we finally told him that he was being a pain, he all the sudden knew how to correct code and fix things....

He will go by many names on the same website (we had him at 5 names at pcnuke, and were tracking all IPs) and he would even have conversations with himself in the same forum post in various NUKE forums as Raven has seen. Raven I did the same as you did (about 3/4 year ago at PCN and we posted it in our forum). I tracked this guy in every possible way and made a post just like you did. But beware Nuke Community, this person will copy your entire website, forum, and your forums posts & will post them to his web site and claim the all the ideas, solutions, & such as his own.

He basically started stealing all of PCNs work around 1 year ago & was exactly duplicating our website under his DOMAIN name (listed above)... then he changed all of our copyrights in Xtreme!, blocks, modules, and anybody elses work that we would package into a system and then claim the developments for himself. He took our last PCN-Xtreme! V4 version & renamed it to XTERME! V5 (this is PCNs work & copyrights... not his! and will never be his, he's a thief!) and then re-badged it to now only show his copyrights. Normally I have no bad intentions toward anyone, but an out of control truck would sure come in handy one day!

So what I'm saying to all the NUKE community is to guard your developments because he is not afraid of stealing them and telling everyone that he developed them.

All news and forums posts that he makes are pretty much BULL...! for content. Search around and you will probably find that he stole it from another Nuke website or developer.

as for PCNUKE.... we is currently in limbo, and on a nice vacation (all that coding warps the brain after a while). PCN still owns the domain name & still has all its content intact, in storage & are debating if the PCN crew wants a future in the NUKE community.

But what I do know is... I do not want to give anymore of our content to this person or people like him!

thanks for your concerns
The PCN Team

PCN Team Very Happy
Compliments for your previous achievements and hope you decide to continue once more your efforts Very Happy I particularly enjoyed the work your team did with Coppermine and other!
It's sad to hear of situations and people like this. There are copyright laws but unless one has a grip of money, it's hard to ever do anything to these people. I think if you or anyone has been on the net long enough some yahoo will come by and steal something from you, that being pictures, text, artwork or more important hard work such as in your case, valuable code Sad but don't mind or pay much attention to people like this in life!

Best,
jc

i'm not afraid of such people. With this site, and the strong community of RN ,people will always grant more credit to the good developer than they will to the rippers.
I'm not afraid my work (scripts , programs, etc)to be stealed.Nor do I fear it for RN.

Good luck PCN with your battle, i think there is already a fully , maybe three fully flamed topics in which we gently explain the owner of that NL guy that he's not welcomed here anymore..everything has been done (or may have) to prevent this guy to come Smile

I do understand your issues with piracy better than most. We go back a long way and I will leave it at that for now. The past is simply that, the past.
