Just wondering since this wasnt available before, if I were to drop all the current tables for ip2c, would this reinstall them?
Or could I run the updater and maybe it would fix the corrupted tables?
Im not very sure what went wrong but it happened some time ago, and since its only ip2c that was affected I havent been very concerned, I just know theyre out of wack, and I didnt see the need to start over(though I can if I have to).

Have you tried using phpMyAdmin to repair the damaged table?
The Updater truncates the tables if they exist before updating them. Just try running the Updater. You will not hurt anything. If it doesn't update them because they are damaged then Drop the table and recreate it from your original core.sql table schema.
