I have downloaded the script and upload the module into my modules dir, log in as admin and go to the module and see this message:

ChicagoBase Entertainment for Desis: User Registration/Login

That's it, nothing else, any ideas?

None at all. Try reuploading the Resend_Email folder to your modules directory.
