Hi again.
 I tested Supporter module and I noticed it is not complete at all. I can see atttachment option was trying to be implemented but actually it doesnt work. I think this kind of modules is very important to have it for administrators to give the right support. Does anyone update this module? I would like to see an attachment option. 
P.S I also notice users are blind so I guess I will make something very loud so they notice they have to use the support module for a specific issue but actually forums are more easy to see. What do u think about it?  |

Can you clarify to which supporter module you're referring with a link? The NSN supporter module is for advertising rather than for online support, and it sounds like you're looking for online support. |

Sorry I was talking about Online Support where people open a new tickect and send the faulty file which has problem. |

OK. Do you have a link for that module? It would help people understand the issue and possibly assist in determining how possible / likely it is to add an attachment option. |
