Check your site error log to see if there are any parsing errors. If so, it might be something in the config.php or rnconfig.php files.

I deleted everything in the phpmyadmin now when i go to

i get this.

There seems to be a problem with the System Configuration Table - it's missing.
If you are the System Administrator and installing this for the first time, did you remember to run the INSTALLATION/installSQL.php file?

If you are not the System Administrator, please report this to the Administrator and/or Web Master ASAP.

We will be back as soon as possible.

Then i go to

and everything install fine

Then i go to

And i fill everything in and hit save. It tells me everything has been saved and to follow the next step in the HowToInstall.
I go to

and Still comes up with a blank page.

I checked logs and logs dont show anything.

Why did you delete everything in phpMyAdmin? It's doubtful that the database was the issue. Now you'll need to reinstall.

Then try to access the site again. After that, check the error log on your hosting account, usually available through the control panel.

Don't forget to turn on error reporting on in the config.php file. Wink

In addition, it is possible you could have some corrupt files. Use a good FTP client, such as FileZilla (free from sourceforge.net) and if the target server is linux, try forcing all uploads as binary.

Update:

Everything in the Platform Information is green. There is only 1 thing that is red and that is Freetype support Unavailable. Ive been looking and dont know how to change that. Maybe that is what the problem is.

That wouldn't create a blank page I don't think, but it would inhibit your use of RN nonetheless as the captcha requires it. You would have to ask your host to ensure the GD libraries are compiled with FreeType support.
