When a new user tries to register with the site... it wants them to type the security code and click finish to submit their registration... only the security box is blank and there is a RED X...
What could this problem be? |

Hello
I am their web admin, the server has
GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
FreeType Support enabled
FreeType Linkage with freetype
FreeType Version 2.1.9
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
XPM Support enabled
XBM Support enabled
I uploaded the newest version of ravennuke and this is the captcha which is included.
Would you be able to post up your captcha.php and class.php-captcha.php so i can compare them see if their are any differences.
Do you have any other idea what the problem would be? |

The only time I have seen the captcha fail to display properly when GD and FreeType is enabled is if the fonts in the 'includes' directory failed to upload correctly or were uploaded in Ascii mode instead of binary mode. |

Curious as to how something that doesn't work with 777 would work at 755 ?? |

It is definitely odd, may be it was the other way round. |
