I have installed Raven in the newest version without any error.

After the installation I tried to change the site settings in the admin preferences menu, but I always need to change the things twice.

It means, I have to click "save changes", and the changes are not saved, then I change the same things again, click "save changes" and it works....

Why?!?!? Any solutions?!?

Yes, that is the issue. We removed this from the .htaccess already for the upcoming release.
