After you download it you need to unzip it and use the unzipped downloaded file to replace the same named file, captcha.php in YOUR_RN_ROOT_FOLDER/images/captcha.php.

You must do this immediately as the vulnerability is a destructive exploit. You will lose data if you do not patch this hole.
