Yes but they are unreliable. The best way to do it is to use the ranges (CIDR's).
You can enter them directly in a htaccess file or use Nuke Sentinels import IP2C to block ranges feature.

Hmm, this isn't as easy as it used to be.
Nuke Sentinel (tm) Administration area -> IP to Country Menu
IP2C Add Range
Select the country from the drop down then you can block them under the 'Functions' heading on each row.

Looking at my own installation, that is the only why that I can see. In previous versions you could just select the country and it was all done for you but this is something I had not realised had changed as I never have to use it.

With rampant IP spoofing, I'd question the reasons for wanting to do this in the first place.

There are sooo many open proxies out there, banning a country is basically useless as you may wind up banning your own unknowingly.

Banning a country will only stop legitimate users from entering your site. You will never stop the dead shifties.

I have blocked Turkey through .htaccess and the code from this site. It is very easy.
