I've checked the downloads area and cant find a link to download anywhere.

I had my non nuke site hacked about half a dozen times, and hence I've moved my site now over to phpnuke, which I think is great.

I always put Chatserv's patched files on as soon as they're available, and I am using your (Raven's) hackers alert which is great.

But after reading about Protector, Fortress and Sentinel, I've decided to go for Sentinel.

I think it's about time we fought back to protect all the hours of hard work we put into our sites, when they're attacked by someone with less skills than ourselves, and who only want to destroy something someone has worked hard on and that others get enjoyment from.

Morally I think it's just dessert to the hackers.

Well done Raven.

Cheers Stephen, I had found it after I posted in the scrolling thingie on the side lol

When's 1.1 coming out?

I'll install this version now cos I think it's gonna be great! Then update to 1.1 when it's available.

Thanks

rofl ok I'll do it now.

I just did a complete backup of the site, so I might as well keep working, the night is young Confused

I'll check back here tomorrow to see how it's going with v1.1

Is it just a normal update to Sentinal if you have it already installed?

Sure, just install the current one, and you can run an update when the new one comes. It is very user friendly.

User friendly is an understatement. It's a breeze to install.

It's awesome! hehehe

Now I have a little question, I want to put the large protected with sentinel banner in the footer in the first line, how do I go about that?

I've uploaded the image to my images directory (not in the nuke images dir) and put in the img src code but it just shows a little white box with a red cross on it.

Weird.

Got a smaller logo for it in the info module, but I'd kinda like to show it more on my site.

Edit your theme, or add the logo to your copyright credits line provided in Preferences in phpNuke. Make sure the link you use in your img src code actually exists.

Thanks burnwave. It was me having a blonde moment, I'd put Sentinel_Large.jpg and not Sentinel_Large_Blue.jpg doh!

What a dork I am sometimes rofl Too much of a rush I spose lol

Yup the graphics are great, I've used the silver ones now cos they seem to go with all the themes on my site better than the blue.

Off to check my forums now, catch you guys tomorrow. Thanks for all your help!
