Checking Files from previous Install

Could someone please lead me in the right direction to a good free program that will compare two dirs. Im new to programing and phpnuke and I built my site on raven 2.20 and now want to update to 2.30 but I never took down notes or made any real comments on my coding so i have no idea what files I have updated so I can keep them in the new install. I would like to compare a fresh copy of 2.20 to my current copy so I can begin the upgrade process. But believe me i have learned my lesson. Again any help would be appreciated. I heard something about a version system thats free. Would that be a good idea?

Also Im looking for any of the collapsible blocks themes if you know of where to find them. My site skinnylittlebuddysrescue.org is in need of a full makeover.

WinMerge is a good program (and free too). There are many other such programs, but I'll let other people give recommendations

My favorite, but costs a little, is Beyond Compare 3. I loved it so much that when I finally got smart and ditched Windows, I bought the linux version too. Wink
