Yesterday marks the end of phpBB v2.0.x as support has . I think we should offer a moment of silence for our old friend. They will be missed.  |

Because the officially support has stopped I would call it the moment of truth.
phpBB has been my friend and my point of contact since I installed my first forum, the first forums style and my first mod 2003. |

There are a couple of sites still holding up the torch. The problem is that no one that I see is continuing to develop or improve it any. Nor fix any security issues. So unless that happens in some way positive it's dead. |
