Have upgraded 2 sites locally and noticed that the footer copywright message dissappears on some pages.

Missing from home, downloads and weblinks but shows on content, forums, Gcalendar.

Not looked at every page/module so there may be more.

Could this be just a local thing?

Try using the provided fisubice theme and let us know what happens. This sounds to me like a theme issue with regards to possible which modules have right blocks showing vs. those which do not.

First thing I tried. On one of the sites it's the only theme available.

Edit: Just checked and looks like spot on with the blocks reason

Not sure if this is related, but notices a couple of right blocks not showing.
Scrolling forum and GCalandar.

Both modules and blocks are active.

Edit: The scrolling forum block was the problem.

After deactivating this the GCalendar and copyright noticed showed OK.

I just don't know why Very Happy

Pretty sure now that it is related to the forum block being really old code and still using the old sql_layer. See the discussion here:
