Users with 173.x.x.x IPs can't access my site

Hello,

I love raven nuke but for some reason nuke sentinel is blocking all users in the 173-174.x.x.x IP range from my site.

They get this error:

You have attempted to access this site with an invalid IP.

If you think this is a mistake you can contact the site webmaster at admin(at)unitedbylegend(dot)com.

Be SURE to include the following information in any email!
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008092417 Firefox/3.0.3
Remote Address: 174.131.113.129
Client IP: none
Forwarded For: none

I've checked Nuke Sentinel and there are NO blocked IPs and NO blocked ranges. I can't figure out how to let these users into the site.

Any suggestions?

Are you up-to-data with IP2Country and NukeSentinel ?
