Ok, nuke treasury works fine, except on my config page where i put the values in for each month. there are about 100+ columns labeld Jan-Dec, repeating over and over

Well, I can't explain what caused it because I don't have a history of what all you may or may not have done
I would advise that you use phpMyAdmin and edit your config table for Nuke Treasury. If you select the Browse tab after selecting your table, you should see a layout that looks like
As you page through the file delete any/all duplicate rows that are labeled Jan-Dec.
