Hello and thanks for your time!

ShortLinks quit on me.

My rnconfig.php says:
$tnsl_bUseShortLinks = true; // Setting this to "true" will cause RavenNuke(tm) to shorten the URLs in GoogleTap/GTNG fashion.
$tnsl_bAutoTapBlocks = true; // Setting this to "true" will cause RavenNuke(tm) to shorten the URLs automatically for block files.

My .htaccess is all set up, after all they were working fine.

I have tested the short url's, they still work. It's the blocks and pages, the links are not changed anymore. All nasty phpnuke urls are shown.

My ShortLinks folder and files is still in tact.

Any suggestions?

I guess the first question is...what changed? Were any files changed (by you or someone else)? You can usually tell this by looking at the file change date. If not, were there any changes to PHP configuration or updates to PHP or other server software?

Also might want to check if you have output buffering turned off in your .htaccess. It is also possible that the host did this.

How would I know if this is the case please? What would I look for?

Ive also been having sections of my website remove the $sid from links to articles.

Sad thing is, I dont know what it might be.

But your question about "what changed" has given me a plan to re-load files here and there to try and figure out what changed..
