Can someone tell me what the Filter blocker and the Filter is? I made the settings for it yesterday and now I receive e-mails with the IP's the filter has blocked and I'd like to know what it is. |

In Sentinel you can click the shields next to the blocker and it will tell you briefly what it does.
Additionally if you have the blocker set to send you an email when it blocks an IP it will send you an email telling you the details of the block and what string triggered it. |

Well I checked the e-mail and there was a link which I followed. It refered me to a white site with a logo and text made in a text editor. I googled the link and found out that this was a hacking bot. I'm glad my filter blocked it. So I think I know now what the filter is there for. |

You should not follow all links. Cause some hacker sites will notice where you came from. In Nuke is a filter and in NukeSentinel too. So with a patched site with additional blockers there isnŽt a problem to filter all these crap. |

The filter blocks a lots of IP's. I don't want my e-mail box to be spammed so I'll turn off the e-mail notification.
Is there another way to have a list of the blocked IP's but looking in the .htaccess file?
Something in my administration panel? Would be easier and more comfortable. |

Did you already checked the "Blocked IP Menu" in NukeSentinel administration and your NukeSentinel scrolling block ? |
