I have this problem with a donations block, been stuck for about 2 months so i need help.
Everything seems to be installed correctly, username, database details are correct, but get this message when i test IPN and this is another message i have in the inc.php file.

The config.php file is not even in that directory as it is my root folder.
Ok, i changed a line of code to include config.inc.php to include.php and that worked. But i still have that error not connecting to database. Also when i click Donate to do a test it takes me to my account page on the website.
