Server Settings

Could someone possible point me in the direction of the recommended settings for running rn 2.20.01.

e.g.

global register on or off, shortopen tags, output buffering and the likes.

Those are really issues that are not related to RavenNuke(tm). In general, your server should be using global register off, short tags, and output buffering on. There many more settings that your server should be using to secure your environment but they are not RN related. RN does not have any server level requirements.
