Hello, I got through part of the installation of RN 2.20.01 on a windows machine using xampp(apache), and I got through the installSQL.php and setup.php ok, but when I pointed my browser to the admin.php page I just got a blank page. You're probably wondering why I am using windows + apache, but that is what I have right now on my laptop, and suse is broken....

Sounds like a corrupted file or one in which you modified, such as config.php or rnconfig.php, using Notepad or something equally as bad.

Try restoring the original two files and then use something like Textpad, Notepad+, or Wordpad to update those two files.

It might also be some other file, so it is possible your uncompress process created a problem. You could also try the .7z version, get yourself 7zip (from sourceforge.net - free) and decompress that.

I have never had an issue with a base XAMPP install and RavenNuke. Not once, ever, in the three years that I've been running locally under that.

Just about all of us use XAMPP in the manner you want to, so I'm sure we can help you figure this out. It is an extremely handy environment for testing and playing around.

Yeah I accidentally made a call to a function I hadn't defined yet. So that was causing the entire thing to crash. I got it fixed though, once I turned error reporting on it was obvious what the problem was.
